1. Zero tolerance for CSAE and CSAM
TraitMatch is an adults-only (18+) dating app. We strictly prohibit child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including grooming, sextortion, trafficking of a child for sex, and any child sexual abuse material (CSAM) — photos, videos, or other visual depictions of a minor engaged in sexually explicit conduct, including computer-generated imagery.
2. Adults only
Users must be 18+. We use age gating and, on Google Play, Restrict Minor Access for dating apps. Lying about age is grounds for permanent ban and deletion.
3. Detection and removal
Upon obtaining actual knowledge of CSAM or CSAE conduct on the Service, we will:
• remove the content;
• restrict or permanently ban the responsible account(s);
• preserve evidence as required by law; and
• report confirmed CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or the competent law-enforcement or child-protection authority in Slovak Republic (or the user’s jurisdiction), as applicable.
4. User reporting (in-app feedback mechanism)
Users can report concerns without leaving the app via Report/Block on profiles and messages, and via Settings → Report a problem. Reports of child safety issues are prioritised.
5. Legal compliance
We comply with applicable child safety laws and regulations governing CSAM reporting and cooperation with lawful requests.
